The Nigerian economy has been on a steady decline for some time now but the population of the country has continued to increase even with the rising rate of insurgency. We hear of budget allocations and late payments of salaries and not to mention  increment of fuel price. We constantly look up to those who are in the position to save us but then they are more concerned with  enriching their pockets. Our desperate cries for help can and will only be heard if we,the masses,are ready for the task of rebuilding our society.
The other day on my way to work,i boarded a commercial tricycle,"keke",with two teenage boys who looked like they've been driven From school. They were to alight at the next junction but just as the "keke" slowed to a stop,the boys jumped out and took to their heels without bothering to pay their fares. It all seemed like a scene from a Hollywood movie.

I shook my head in shame because before this unfortunate incident,i overheard the boys whispering about the increment of their school fees and how they were sent out of school.

We appreciate everything the government has been doing to salvage this situation but that doesn't mean we should fold our arms and let them do it alone. We have been given a chance to help build our future and that of others too.

    Please a final remedy should be done on this site, many people are living the community because of no access to it. I tried logging in to upload my evidence of payment I couldnt but the money has been paid already. Something should be done permanently to avoid problems of logging in.
