Surprisingly, when i logged in back. I could not find the #50000 and interest under my earning available.
What i saw was just #1000 registration bonus and it later disappeared.

I have two challenges to relay to you here.
Firstly, I provided help of about 50,000 and i was matched to pay after two weeks which i immediately did a transfer through my mobile app and the transaction was confirmed as received by the recipient. After the confirmation my current earning was showing 86,000. to my greatest surprise and shock, a day after, i decided to check how my money was growing, i discovered that it has reduced from 86,000 to 69,000 at 1.5% rate instead of the daily 3%.
Please i need explanation as per what happened here.
Secondly, I decided to GH (get Help) since my earning has been reduced from 86,000 to 69,000, then for the past three (3) days, my GH amount is still showing PENDING. I was not matched with whom to pay me neither was i paid. I have written to support, after two days, my Ticket was cleared.
Please i write and plead with Givers Forum to kindly explain what is happening as the person i referred is having the same challenge too.... Get Help Request Pending for more than three.

Hello there\r\nI had initially created a ticket but no one answered/replied me. My problem goes thus\r\nI had 2 orders one my account. One to provide help of 100,000 and another to provide help of 50,000 .I was later matched to provide help of the 1st order of a hundred (100,000) thousand naira. I was matched to provide help to one single individual with same details and account but it was split in two, of 50,000 naira each.i consequently paid the money differently, 50k each since it was split. I tried uploading the first proof and it went through, tried for the second proof and it failed ,so i had to leave it for later,..I came later and i could not longer see where i could upload cos my match had confirmed the first proof of payment. Now instead of my frst 100k order to be released and go green, it was my other pledge of 50k that went green instead of the 100k order. To get the daily 3%, you must gh 24 hours after the transaction was confirmed, or else, it will reverse to 1.5%. As for the matching, you have to be very patient. They explained on their support message u see as you login, that gh is done on batches; they are not like MMM where you get help immediately. They will still match you, you just have to learn to wait. Mine is still pending for almost 5 days now. Hope this helps. Cheers!

DeleteBut seriously, i have a suggestion to share with you admin, if you don't mind, i think you should inform participants about your duration of matching people, what i mean is that, for instance, we should know that from the day of providing help, one needs to wait for 2 weeks or 2 months before being matched to effect payment and that one needs to wait for 2 weeks or 2 months to be matched for getting help. This will really assist us to talk or address our prospects because personally i know the stress i go through trying to convince my prospects to wait for them to be matched. i receive questions like, when will they match me? and when will they pay me? so i think if we know the duration, it will really assist our workload. thanks a lot

ReplyDeleteThe delay in matching will contribute greatly to the pulling down of this great forum.there are still many good people that are willing to Provide help.. many PH request is pending likewise the GH,,, if this delay continue many will not want to PH because of the fear of not getting help on time.... we all have goals and target but this untimely delay without duration will help in changing our lay down plans. this will make many to with what they have and withdraw from PHing. i personally cancel my request to PH because i may be equally match to Provide another Help while i still have a pending GH. Afterall, in get help worldwide, it takes up to 6 to 7 days after payment to be matched to gh. We will all be paired and paid eventually. Moreover, we should be careful of what we write here, especially those who have their monies in the system. Bad publicity for the forum is not good for all of us. The person to pay me N16,000 asked for an extension and i gave him 24hrs extension and yet he did not meet up and i have been matched with someone else to provide the help. The person to pay N14,000 quickly uploaded a fake POP when he had 4 hours left and immediately i noticed it, i created a ticket and sent to support, and i did not confirm the payment and now it has elapsed and i'm being told that it is awaiting admins response. Don't freak out when it does. Please I'd advise, when you are matched to gh, do come here and share it, so we don't keep repeating that it takes 6 to 7 days after you requested for Gh to be matched. That seems to be 90% of the issues you some of you complain about. Don't bring MMM mentality here. Here is not MMM.

The only positive i take from this upgrade/maintenance is that the site will be more secure as they are moving from http to HTTPS. I hope you know what that means.

Not to lose your money because you can't login: log in first few mins b4 payment, call the person again to confirm immediately as it dey hot, once confirmed, GH immediately or wait 24hrs (its ur money after all)then relax and wait for your turn.
* GH as I v seen now takes up to 6-7 days, personally I am on my 5th day... I will certainly notify once I am matched, to ease your minds
