My name is Olanusi Dele Faith (deleolanusi@yahoo.com), with the phone number 08038588160. I have been writing you since last month, but too bad that you did not reply any of my mail until i chat with one of you on whatsapp, and he promised to resolve the issue, but he keeps posting me every day.
Two receivers (Godswill Samuel Bassey and Jumoke Akinwande) were given to me to pay on November 10th, 2016 and I paid to their accounts on November 11th, 2016.
Jumoke Akinwande confirmed the payment, while Godswill Samuel Bassey did not confirm. He claimed that he did not receive the money, while he actually received it (because I went back to the bank to find out, and I was told the money was posted to his account). Now the transaction is marked failed (whereas the transaction was actually successful).
If giver forum pend my account because my payment was not confirmed, what about the N11, 000 I paid to Jumoke Akinwande, why is the 11,000 still pending?
Now i cannot login into givers forum website, they intentionally restricted me from login. I'm begging you in the name of God to please release my N50,000
Remember, it was my first attempt on giver forum, and i have many friends and families that are interested in the givers forum, but the first impression you give us about giver forum is very bad.
Even if you will not return the N39, 000 that Godswill Samuel Bassey denied that he did not received. Why don’t you want to return my N11,000 which i paid and was confirmed by Jumoke Akinwande?
Please giver forum, I beg you in the name of God, let me collect my money.
