    5. It took 7 days to be matched to get help, 2 days for their time to expire since they won't pay and over 3 days now to get rematched. I know that givers forum pays but the duration is not encouraging at all. I"m scared it might even take a month to get help, how then can I provide help again since it is already 2 weeks?

  7. PH 200k, I was matched to Pay 390k. Later, it was wipped off. Both from the receiver dashboard. Remaining one of 7k.
    I just called the guy of 7k and he told me that there's no pending order of 7k in his dashboard. Which means it was removed from his PO and they forgot to remove it from my own side too.
    What can I Do please?

  10. chyoraguzie is my username on 12th of dec i paid #100,000 to somebody and on 13th of dec i requested to get help of #175,000 and since then i have not been matched only to log in now to see that i was matched to pay another #200,000 please admin should look into this because my plan was that if i receive the #175,000 i will make it up to pay for #200,000 whenever i was match.       It depends on the given time or time remaining for the transaction to be completed.So, how many hours remaining?
      Within the time allocated, it is expected that the outstanding 53k and 50k for your down liner will be respectively matched before the expiration of the time. Otherwise the transaction will not be completed.
      So, watch out for the time, raise a ticket through support as the time ticks to elapse and be patient.

      When the problem is resolved,also share it here; that is how we can indicate progress. We can not continue to share problems and when the problems are solved, we do not remember to come back to share the testimony.
      We fill this platform with depressions, discouragements, complaints and all form of negativity, thereby scarring intending participants away.

      Givers forum is improving day by day. Other communities do not have an open blog like this where people come and share complaints openly. They all have or had passed through some of these teething challenges, at different stages before stabilizing.

      Afterall, these problems: fake POPs, failure to pay before time, that warrants re-matching etc, are caused by the participants -- think!
      So let's be sincere and be patient.

How is POP of benefit to anybody? Its just making the innocent ones suffer.As I am right now,i'm scared to gh cos of fake POP .Admin, I know you can see this message, tho you act like you are a ghost. Abeg,do something about this fake POP of a thing. Ppl cnt keep suffering for another person's wickedness while he/she gets away with it

The rule of givers forum is give and it shall be given unto you.But in my own the reverse was the case because i paid #100k to be paid #175k since 13th of dec but to login today to find out that i have to pay another #200k. I have given but have not receive and were meant to give again.its not fair.

    1. No! taking away the POP is not an option please. POP has a vital role to play. It is through the POP that admin can witness between the giver and the receiver that the payment is paid; and therefore performs its oversight function.
      Or where/what do you think admin will come in/do, if the giver claims he has paid when he has not or the receiver receives payment with alert but refuses to confirm payment? so POP is importance for control purposes.

    4. This is the most annoying forum I have ever seen. So I really feel my money is gone. I pH of 50000 and w suppose to gh of 80000 but it got slashed to 66000 even this 66000 since on 20th I GH uptill now I have not been matched rather I w matched again to pH of another 20000 when I pledge to provide another 50000.     1. My downline (bydemi4u@gmail.com) paid N200,000 as he pH on the 24th Dec 2016, his earnings was N290,000 @3%. The following day he observed that his earnings depleted to N248,000 and rate also reduced to 1.5%. This is not fair at all, kindly help look into the issue.

    2. I also observed that referral bonuses are not turning green even after the downlines have paid. Registration bonus is also on red after making payment. Pls help.

I was matched with four people to pay them the sum of 200,000 all togeda which i did, so i uploaded 3tellers out of 4 tellers because of the poor network and i told him to please extend the time for me which he promised to do not knowing that he wont do it, so immediately my time elasped they suspended my account and i wrote to them and attached the proof so my account was activated on the 20th and since on the 20th have wrote to givers forum with no response but i think you were trying to upgrade your server.   33. After reading all our comments on every posts on this blog, I have noticed that the problem is no longer "matched me" but "rematched me"

    I want all faithful GF to know that we are the architect of this rematching issues. How, when you have 100 comments on a post, 99 and purely negative, how do you expect others joining the family to continue after reading them.

    I have once written to support on my page and after few days of patient I was attended to. I knew I have to wait because these quys have thousands of people to attend to. LIKE THE BANK "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE" but some of us need urgent response to the problem we just tabled, thereby making it look like these guys are incompetent.

    Please GF, let's table our issues using the "Support Ticket" and be a little patient for their response.

    Henceforth, start speaking good about this platform using this medium and I promise you, no one will have a rematching issues again. TESTIFY BROTHER.

Besides, 70% are phing and ghing and are not complaining or even testifying, people only get to read the complaints here. I advise and wish that admin will make it compulsory for testimonies and attend to complaints privately and timely. There are dozens who wish to assist admin if they r few so let's work together and make givers forum stronger.   34. Hello my name is Nasa... I have been working hard to invite ppl to this great forum. I like going for big shots shaa(ppl that brings money to the scheme).

    But all my effort isn't paying back because all my referral bonuses from ppl. That provided help with more cash than I did are still red, some have stayed for months without changing to green but those that provided with the same amount or lower have all turned green.

    So my question is, does it mean I will not cash out the bonus because they provided help with bigger cash? Is there any rule like that on givers forum? Should I still keep hope alive that some day, possibly, some day it will turn green?? I need to be clarified.

      Do not allow the complaints to dissuade you. Because, at least 85% of the participants who come to this platform are those who have one issue or the other; they come looking for who/where to complain to.

Why won't they be responding after making many errors,someone uploaded fake pop for my 200k dey did not respond I pledge a particular amount and I was matched to pay higher than I pledged.     2. No! Precious, two wrongs can not make a right. So wouldn't do that, neither will your negative reactions help the system.
      It can only worsen the situation. Such that your money,you can not recover and the money of other members inclusive if you succeed in bringing down givers forum as you said.
      The solution is to appeal and continue to appeal and be patient.
      They will resolve all the issues, if we are patient, transparent, stop uploading fake POPs and avoid being apprehensive.

  66. The support system here is a mess and needs to b worked on. Lots of wrong matches. This would only lead to people fleeing the system thereby making it die faster. Was matched to pay 134k as against 100k , now 280k as against 200k you guys are just playing wit the participants.

    1. The message says expired but the person can still pay and upload the receipt. Just keep calling the person. Its only when the transaction says suspended that the Admin can assign someone else to you. This is why it takes so long to be re-matched.

  71. I honestly think the aim of setting up this blog has been defeated.
    Because issues were not resolved quickly through the ticketing system, some participants have made here a complain ground. Unfortunately negative news travel faster than positive one. If this blog is allowed to remain it will heighten the panic on ground and cause a big problem for GF.

    My suggestions:

    1 Support should get more hands to treat every ticket promptly. Problems should not be discussed in a public forum, Keep it private and personal.

    2 As a matter of urgency, this blog should be shut down for now. It is no long wealthy to visit here, who will read all these complains and be comfortable? We must realize that economies are driven by emotions. Let us all go back to the ticketing system.

    3 News letter (and updates)on how the issues are being handled should be displayed on participants' dashboards frequently. We need to know that something is being done to get through.

    Other platforms have same issues but GF is the only one washing her dirty linen in the public.

    It's to move forward.

    1. Mr Opeyemi, just relax, you will be rematched. A lot of people are having same issue as you are. The failed transactions are showing expired instead of failed. I'm sure they are giving time to those that they failed to pay due to the xmas/new year break and their inability to make payments due to banking issue. if you notice, there is still opportuinities to extend time for them which normally shouldnt be the case, Dont worry, everything will be normal soon. I would say about 70% of us here are either employees or employers while the remaining 30% can be said to be business involved. The employees here, do u normally receive Ur salary on time? The employers do u usually pay Ur employees on time? Yet we all wait patiently to receive our salaries. Why can't we apply that patience here? Me writing, I am not immune to the problems, as of now I am waiting to be rematch for 68,000 and its been up to ten days but I see no purpose in uploading bile of bitterness on the Admin cause dat will not bring out my money faster. As I speak, my GH of 83,000 is also pending cos the people match to pay me are giving flimsy excuses. What can I do? One thing I believe is my money will not be lost. So pls, fellow GF participants, let's tone down on the bile and try to write encouraging words to support cuz they are humans too. I am sure that it gives them no pleasure to see and about all this difficulties people are experiencing.     I have gone to the bank twice (Wednesday & Thursday) and bank refused to collect the money from me. They insisted that I must write the full name on the account.   112. We should try less of complaining. I just want you to know that this issue of rematching is only coming up during this festive season. I have downlines with such issues but we should try understand that the transactions are showing expired (which means u can still extend time for payment) instead of failed because they understand how difficult it is to make payments in bank these days and they just giving those paying benefit of doubt.   115. I asked to provide help of 60k, I was matched to pay someone 57k, what happens to the 3k? am I to still wait to be matched to someone I will pay the 3k to before I can get help? currently my earnings are still in red.

    The 3percent holiday bonus that will end on Dec. 31st.
    If one PH on Dec 31st, will the person get the 3 per. daily till January 31st.

  122. I am so excited people! As at the time of making this report 10:07am 30-12-2016, I just received N181,000 from a participant I was matched with. I was initially matched with someone who refused to pay. I wrote to Support and a rematch was made, to the glory of God I have been paid in full.

    I pledged N100k on 21st November, 2016, I provided help ( pay out the money on 14th of December, 2016 and GH same day.

    Today I have received N181,000.
    This is unbelievable, but real.

    It is my first time and it won't be my last.

Good morning Admin, why on earth will someone have 215hours to provide help, you should put those that are receiving the help into consideration as well and even after the 215 hours the provider will tell you she's not interested that's unfair. Reduce the time to 48hours for PHing and once it expires pls block the person's account for life. People are so wicked, why will you join this forum if you are not ready to provide help?
    I have benefited from this forum and I can't deny it, this goes to all referrals let's not be in haste to add unserious and greedy people to this platform pls, that's why we are complaining.
    Givers forum is a choice not a must. Don't join if you are not ready to make it progress. PLEASE.

  125. I have a complaint to make.I PH of 100k and was asked to provide help of 99k which i did and has been confirmed. But my account still reads pending request for 100k and they have refused to match me to pay the remaining 1000 naira.Am seriously worried stiff.written to support twice to no avail ...i need help on how to rectify this
